Return or Replacement Policy
We will accept items for exchange or return for full credit within 3 days from the date of receipt.
We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent you an incorrect item. Upon receipt of returned items, you reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
Custom orders and Final Sale items can not be exchanged or returned at any time.
With the original receipt, requests for price adjustments will be honored if the merchandise was purchased at full price and if it is marked down within 3 days of receipt of your package.
In case of a replacement, we will dispatch a replacement shipment once you raise a request for one. Once the replacement reaches you, you should return the original order received earlier to the delivery person in the same condition it was delivered to you.
A replacement can be requested if we sent the wrong item by mistake or the item was broken/damaged when you received. In this case, the replacement will be sent without charging any delivery charges.
A replacement can also be requested if you have a change of mind, but in this case, the customer will bear the charges of the replacement parcel.
