By using Epets.pk, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
User Account
In order to use certain features of the Site like accumulation of points on orders and redeeming them in the future orders, you must register for an account with Epets.pk and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the Site registration form. You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (c) your use of the Site does not violate any applicable law or regulation or the terms of this Agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Epets.pk Account login information.
User Content
You may contribute reviews, comments and other content to the website. By posting such content, you grant Epets.pk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display and reproduce that content for any purpose.
Service Policies
- Business days and working hours of Epets.pk are Mon-Sat 10 am to 7 pm.
- Cash on Delivery is available in all cities of Pakistan.
- Online payment is also available. You can either transfer the amount in advance via Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa or Bank Transfer or you can transfer the payment online to the rider on receiving the order.
- Orders placed before 3 pm will be dispatched on the same day. Order placed after 3 pm will be dispatched on the next business day.
- On the placement of your order, you are given a choice to select a delivery window. We try our best to deliver within the promised delivery window, however, due to unforeseen problems, the delivery can be delayed by 1-2 days.
- The delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery window you chose, the total weight of your order, and the city of destination.
- The delivery charges for Lahore are independent of the weight of the order and the delivery window and a flat rate is charged.
- The delivery time for Lahore is within 24-48 hours of the placement of the order.
